Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and/or engaging my services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use my website or services.

Services Description

I provide web development and design services including:

• Custom website development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Responsive web design for all devices
• Website maintenance and technical support
• Website hosting (for Basic plan clients)

All services are provided on a project basis as outlined in the specific service agreement for each project.

Payment Terms

The following payment terms apply to all services:

• 75% payment is required before work begins on any project
• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified
• Additional features or changes requested after project commencement may incur extra charges

Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on:

• Project complexity and scope
• Client responsiveness and feedback timing
• Technical requirements and challenges
• Number of revision rounds requested

While I strive to meet all estimated deadlines, I cannot guarantee exact completion dates.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide all necessary content, images, and information in a timely manner
• Provide clear feedback and direction throughout the project
• Review all deliverables promptly
• Ensure all provided content does not infringe on any copyrights or intellectual property rights
• Make timely payments as agreed

Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights are transferred as follows:

• Basic Plan: Clients receive a license to use the website but do not receive source code
• Premium Plan: Clients receive full ownership and source code of the completed website
• I retain the right to display completed projects in my portfolio
• All pre-existing intellectual property remains with the original owner

Support and Maintenance

Technical support is provided as follows:

• Basic Plan: 6 months of technical support after launch
• Premium Plan: 1 year of technical support after launch
• Support includes bug fixes and technical issues related to the original project scope
• Additional features or major changes may incur extra charges
• Support does not include content updates or website redesigns

Limitations of Liability

I shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Issues arising from third-party services or platforms
• Client's failure to maintain backups or security measures
• Force majeure events beyond reasonable control

My total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project if:

• The other party breaches these terms and fails to cure within 14 days
• Either party becomes insolvent or bankrupt
• Force majeure events prevent completion of services

Upon termination, clients will be charged for work completed up to the termination date.

Confidentiality

I agree to:

• Keep all client information confidential
• Not disclose business strategies, financial information, or proprietary data
• Use client information only for the purpose of providing services
• Implement reasonable security measures to protect confidential information

Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
