I strive to provide excellent service and ensure client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for my web development services.

General Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of web development services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. However, I understand that exceptional circumstances may occur, and I handle each case with fairness and understanding.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered in the following specific circumstances:

  • Service Not Rendered: If payment was made but no work was started due to my unavailability
  • Fundamental Breach: If the delivered service fundamentally differs from what was agreed upon
  • Project Cancellation: If you cancel the project before any substantial work has been completed
  • Double Payment: In case of accidental duplicate payments

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • After website design and development work has commenced
  • If you change your mind about the project after work has started
  • For completed work that has been delivered and approved
  • For issues arising from third-party services or platforms
  • For delays caused by client-side factors (late content, slow feedback)
  • For minor errors that can be corrected under the support agreement
  • For domain registration fees or third-party service costs

Partial Refund Calculation

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, partial refunds are calculated as follows:

  • Total Project Cost: ₹X (original agreed price)
  • Work Completed Value: ₹Y (based on hours worked)
  • Administrative Fee: 25% of remaining balance
  • Refund Amount: (₹X - ₹Y) × 75%

Example: For a ₹9,999 project cancelled when ₹2,000 worth of work is completed:
Refund = (₹9,999 - ₹2,000) × 75% = ₹5,999

Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within specific timeframes:

  • Initial Response: Within 3-5 business days of request
  • Approval Notification: Within 7 business days for complex cases
  • Payment Processing: 7-14 business days after approval
  • Bank Transfer: Additional 3-5 business days for bank processing

The refund will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
