By engaging my services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.
Note: Each project is unique, and refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Deposit Refunds
50% Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to begin any project. This deposit is non-refundable as it covers the initial consultation, research, planning, and setup time.
Exception: If I am unable to begin your project within the agreed-upon timeline due to my own circumstances, your deposit will be fully refunded.
Satisfaction Guarantee
I stand behind the quality of my work. If you are not satisfied with the final deliverables, I will work with you to make reasonable revisions until you are satisfied, as outlined in your package's revision policy.
Full Refund: In the rare event that I am unable to deliver a working website that meets the agreed-upon specifications, a partial or full refund may be issued, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellation Policy
By Client: If you choose to cancel a project:
- Before work begins: The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
- After work has begun: You will be invoiced for the work completed up to the cancellation date at the hourly rate or prorated project rate. The deposit will be applied toward this amount.
- Remaining balance: Any remaining balance after accounting for completed work will be refunded.
By Me: I reserve the right to cancel a project if:
- You fail to provide necessary information or feedback for an extended period
- You engage in illegal, unethical, or abusive behavior
- You fail to make payments as agreed
In such cases, you will be invoiced for work completed, and any remaining balance will be refunded after deducting the deposit and completed work.
Work Completed
Partial Refunds: If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the refund will be calculated based on the work already completed. This includes:
- Design work (wireframes, mockups, etc.)
- Development work (coding, testing, etc.)
- Project management and communication time
- Any third-party costs incurred
Work completed will be valued at the hourly rate or prorated project rate, whichever is applicable.
Third-Party Costs
Non-refundable Costs: The following costs are non-refundable once incurred:
- Domain registration fees
- Hosting fees
- Theme or plugin licenses
- Stock image or asset purchases
- Third-party API or service subscriptions
- Any other third-party costs incurred on your behalf
These costs are paid directly to third-party providers and cannot be recovered once purchased.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Me: Send an email to anisharyadevb@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Project Name]"
- Provide Details: Explain the reason for your refund request and include relevant details about your project.
- Review: I will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
- Resolution: If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
Processing Fee: A 5% processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount to cover transaction costs.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the project after work has begun.
- Scope Changes: If you change the project scope significantly and the new requirements exceed the original agreement.
- Third-Party Issues: If issues arise from third-party services (hosting, plugins, etc.) that are outside my control.
- External Factors: If your business or personal circumstances change and you no longer need the project.
- Non-Responsiveness: If you fail to provide feedback or content for more than 30 days, the project will be considered complete and no refund will be issued.

I reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
